Audit finds fraudulent activity within Tulsa Public Schools

"The State Auditor’s office has uncovered a 'financial abuse scheme' within Oklahoma’s largest school district," KFOR reports. "The findings in a second audit into Tulsa Public Schools were released Tuesday afternoon. Auditor Cindy Byrd says this latest audit found fraud, misappropriated funds, and improper payments."
