KXII-TV, the CBS affiliate which covers southern Oklahoma, has an embarrassingly one-sided report on SQ 744.

Brandon You've done yeoman's work debunking the $7600 per student. It's actually somewhere north of $10000 as I recall.
My question is: When they compute that number, do they divide the total $$ per school by the number of kids enrolled OR by the total #'s of kids residing in that district (ie including the home school and private school kids).
Thanks. Our accountant Steve Anderson is the one who has done all the work. He says it's computed by what they call average daily membership in the public schools.
