"Pawhuska Public Schools and a substitute teacher have been named as defendants in a recently filed federal court lawsuit," the Pawhuska Journal-Capital reports. "The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, accuses the school district of doing too little to protect one Pre-K pupil from a sexual assault by another Pre-K pupil."
