State school superintendent Joy Hofmeister is adamant that every student—
including transgender students—should be able to attend school "feeling safe, secure, and ready to learn."
For some boys, that may mean showering in the girls' locker room. Is that permissible?
It would be helpful if Hofmeister would provide some clarity.
