Palin lauds Oklahoma's special-needs law

Last night in Tulsa, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin praised Oklahoma for its landscape of educational choice, including "charter schools, effective home schooling," and a new law allowing special-needs kids to attend private schools. "Children with special needs for too long have been excluded," she said. "Why make it even tougher for these kids who have it so tough already?"
